Highlights

Accurately evaluating evidence is essential for maximizing LSAT success. In LR, we’re usually given either a set of facts (evidence) or an argument. An argument includes both the evidence and a conclusion—what the author thinks the evidence proves. In each case, the key is to pause and ask: What does this evidence actually prove? This helps us identify what must be true or what’s supported. It also helps us see the gap between the scope of the evidence and the author’s conclusion.
