Test 21, Passage 4 — Asian immigrants
Highlights
We started class by inviting students to join the Demon Discord community. Several current members commented on their positive experiences so far. Today’s logic game was a straightforward grouping game that lended itself to a one-world solution. Some students chose to divide the game into three worlds, which Nathan explained was unnecessary.Next, we drilled Strengthen and Paradox questions in Logical Reasoning. Nathan explained the difference between closed (passage-driven) and open (answer-driven) questions and noted that most Reading Comprehension questions are closed. In other words, they’re based on information stated in the passage. We read a passage about Southeast Asian immigrants to the United States and reviewed all the questions as a class.
I’m not yelling at you—I’m yelling at the LSAT. My goal is to show you how easy this test can be.
