Highlights
Abhi subbed for Billy today, but the class still worked on developing our psychic powers. We read the author’s argument, understood what they were trying to say, and tried to figure out why they failed. Predictions are based on understanding and engaging with what we read. When we make predictions, the specificity matters less than the process. If we take the time to see where the passage may go, or what might plug the hole in the argument, we’ve already laid the foundation for a better understanding of the question and answer choices. We remain flexible and nimble, but don’t let bad answers lead us astray from our original interpretation of the passage.
Abhi thinks the LSAT gets more respect than it deserves. It shouldn’t take over your life, and studying with the Demon can fit into any schedule. He studied while working full time as an active duty service member and is passionate about helping busy students tackle the LSAT with confidence.
LSAT Journey: 157 → 177
The secrets of the LSAT lie in the passage—we’ll use our crystal ball reading skills to make useful predictions about what is to come. This clairvoyance-focused LR class teaches how to stay one step ahead by moving slowly, and surely, through arguments.
