Highlights
Today’s Help Desk session covered how to join a Live class and how to watch recordings. We went over the filters tab, the search button, and how to find additional previously recorded classes on our YouTube channel. Students additionally asked about the dashboard score and how to adjust your question difficulty level in the Demon. We walked through the dashboard and why you can’t drill only level 4 or 5 difficulty questions in the Demon until you are ready for them.
