Highlights
Many LR question “types” are extremely similar in what they ask us to do. Today, we encountered a Reasoning question, followed by a Parallel question. The first asked to describe the method of reasoning used in the argument. The second asked to identify an answer that exhibited the same method of reasoning as that in the argument. Both questions relied on the same core skill—understanding the argument. So don’t stress too much about question types. As long as you master the passage, you’ll be ready for anything you’re asked.
Billy believes the key to conquering the LSAT is learning how to actively engage with every passage. Don’t just sit back and let the test mislead or confuse you—ask critical questions! Scrutinize assumptions! Demand better reasoning! Billy helps students build the skills to have a productive dialogue with the LSAT.
