Syllabus

We'll cover:

  • Strategies for the admissions and scholarships waiting game.
  • Keeping LOCIs and other correspondence short and engaging.
  • Leveraging competing offers.

Highlights

In our book The LSAT is Easy, LSAT Demon lays out three scholarship negotiation tactics. (1) Improve your LSAT score. At any point in the cycle, an increased score is the biggest incentive for a school to increase a scholarship offer. (2) Maintain open communications. Keep those communications short, and don't overshare. When you get an offer for admittance, thank them—it doesn't mean you're accepting the first offer. (3) Be willing to walk away. Don't accept a bad offer, even if it means you don't accept any offers.
