General discussion and Q&A
Michael’s favorite section is logic games, but he enjoyed the challenge of overcoming his initial difficulty with reading comprehension. He’s a firm believer in using the power of prediction to your advantage on all sections of the test.
Students love Michael!

If you're looking to re-evaluate your reading comprehension strategy, this is the class for you! While the class pace may seem "slow", Michael's methodological process for breaking down Reading Comprehension passages and questions are super helpful and needed. I appreciated how his class forced me to slow down on Reading Comprehension and critically analyze how I am approaching the passage and the questions.Anonymous
Mike cold calls on anyone who doesn't mind unmuting and leads engaging class discussions. Come with your A game because he'll dig into your understanding to make sure you get it right for your benefit.Anonymous
Predicting the passage and the questions is the reason I’m improving on RC sections. Reading out loud and cold calling have been essential to force me to stay engaged throughout the passages!Nina R.
Michael’s RC class is a game changer. Dissecting the passage sentence by sentence and making predictions along the way is a great way to set yourself up to 1) thoroughly understand the passage and 2) breeze through the questions. And Michael does a great job of encouraging students to approach their predictions thoughtfully and confidently. Take this class, for real.Boomer T.
Games crush me. Michael mends my breaks and nervousness with clear breakdowns of the games. He can teach the foundations, emphasizing the basic rules. Or he can teach mastery, improving prediction and strategy. Excellent logic games instructor.Forlesia W.
Michael has the patience of a saint. He makes it a point of stopping throughout the explanations to ensure the setup is understood, to diagram options (that further helps to understand why an alternative may or may not work), and to answer questions (and no question is a stupid question). Highly recommend Michael- especially to those new to the Demon and logic games.Dale Y.
Love the way Michael recommends and demonstrates predicting answers on every single question on the LSAT.Katherine D.
Michael is very thorough! And really helps encourage student participation. His active reading walkthroughs are very helpful!Hayley B.
Michael gives great explanations. Even when I do well on a game and don't think I'll benefit from the review, I'm always able to take something new away to strengthen my skills.Calvin W.
Wow! Michael has great logical attacks when using rules to predict patterns and possible answers in addition to making worlds.
