Test 61, Section 4, Q24 — Strangers

Test 23, Section 3, Q25 — Actions

Test 59, Section 2, Q18 — Malthus

Highlights

After a brief speil of what makes a passage an argument and what makes an argument valid or invalid, Francesca jumped into the syllabus questions. The first question involved confusing sufficient for necessary. The second question centered around figuring out what exactly the author is trying to prove, and Francesca explained how to make sense of abstract passages by connecting them to something real and intuitive. The third question featured a wrong answer that is more often selected than the right one, so the class unpacked these two in depth. Throughout the class, Francesca drilled home the point that every word on the LSAT matters. Read the answer choices as carefully as you read the passages and questions!
