Week 1, Series 1: Active reading
Test 32, Passage 1 — Defense lawyers
Highlights
Reading for Reading Comprehension isn’t just like reading for school or reading for fun. Today’s class focused on how to read these (usually dense and boring) passages actively and what it actually means to “engage with the passage.” Hint: it involves slowing down. The class worked through four of the passage’s questions together.

LSAT Journey: 157 → 176.
In Foundations, we’ll build good habits as we work through one passage together practicing active reading and prediction. This approach will make it easier to understand and identify the answers when you get to the questions.
