In the future, we will represent our clients to the best of our ability. In this passage, how does this philosophy apply to defense attorneys? Some legal scholars think one way, and the author thinks slightly differently. In this class, three incredible volunteers guide us through these viewpoints, and Kevin walks through a few questions with the class.

Kevin does a great job answering everyone's questions whether people raise their hands or use the chat. The class focuses on if the passage is valid or invalid.
