Test 35, Passage 4 — Ronald Dworkin
Logic Games
Highlights
Kevin and the class started off with a game about art pieces. Student Ankita lead the way with setting up our worlds, and in quick work, we had 5 filled out worlds that destroyed the questions.
Next, the class dove into Logical Reasoning. Kevin reminded students about how Sufficient Assumption questions are free points. You cannot stay passive when authors bring new stuff up in their conclusion! Spot the gap and find the premise that can fill it.
Lastly, Kevin read a seemingly convoluted passage about Ronald Dworkin and legal theories. This passage is a prime example as to breaking down “scary-looking” sentences and realizing that it isn’t too bad. If you do the work, you’ll be rewarded!
Kevin loves those precious “a-ha!” moments on the LSAT. He’ll help you build the skills to discover those moments. He enjoys every section of the test, especially Logical Reasoning.
