Highlights
We started class with a short discussion about Reading Comprehension. Nathan explained why we don’t recommend highlighting or taking notes on RC passages. We read a science passage that many students found challenging. Nathan reminded the class that all the information you need to answer the questions is there on the page—having a background in science isn’t necessary. Next, we tackled a logic game with a lot of flexibility. Nathan walked the class through a four-world solution that incorporated some but not all of the rules. He reminded the class that the purpose of making worlds is to simplify the game—not always to fully flesh out every world. Finally, we drilled Strengthen, Supported, and Parallel Reasoning questions in Logical Reasoning. We also discussed how to answer “except” questions.
I’m not yelling at you—I’m yelling at the LSAT. My goal is to show you how easy this test can be.
