In The Plunge, Ryan walked student volunteers through the steps to kill bad arguments, predict accurate answers, and eliminate wrong answers early. In two Necessary Assumption questions, Ryan showed the class how the right answer is just something that must be true if the argument is true. In a Flaw question, Ryan taught the class to break the argument by asking themselves, “What if?”
