Logical Reasoning
Test 20, Section 1, Q15 — Center City
Test 20, Section 1, Q22 — Criminals
Highlights
Today Kaley focused on Flaw questions and general strategy to ensure you pick the right answer every time. Kaley also cautioned students against focusing on their own knowledge or beliefs about the subject of the argument, as the writers of the LSAT (who anticipate that this will happen) often put an answer choice in there that looks too tempting because it fits our own assumptions. To combat this, the class focused on analyzing only what was inherent based on the conclusion and premises, then finding the flaw based on how the premises didn’t prove the argument’s conclusion.
Kaley believes that the writers of the LSAT don't want you to know how easy it can be. By streamlining the way that you approach the questions, you'll be on your way to free law school in no time. As a science and math nerd, if Kaley can conquer tricky RC passages, you can, too.
