You’ll be doing a lot of case-briefing in law school, so you might as well start practicing! In today’s first-ever RC Case Briefs we state the issue, the holding, and even some of the procedural history for each part of a comparative passage about opera. Later, we avoided some tempting wrong answers by restricting ourselves to the facts and rules laid out in the passage.
