Highlights
Class kicked off with a set of Logical Reasoning questions. Nathan explained that the best way to strengthen an argument is first to attack its weaknesses. On a Strengthen except question, the correct answer could either weaken or have no effect on the argument.
Next, we introduced our first Student of the Week, Robert Stone. Nathan emphasized the importance of networking and encouraged students to connect with one another on LinkedIn and Discord.
We then delved into a Reading Comprehension passage about the effects of a cultural revolution on Chinese art. Nathan reminded students that no prior knowledge of the topic is required—all the answers are in the passage.
We wrapped up with five more LR questions, including a bonus Conclusion question, written by Ben Olson. Nathan also discussed the difference between closed and open question types.
I’m not yelling at you—I’m yelling at the LSAT. My goal is to show you how easy this test can be.
