Highlights
Tonight Erik pled with students to make predictions always! While doing the first set of Logical Reasoning questions, he advised students not to over-complicate their predictions and resolved that on the LSAT, there is no such thing as "trap answers," only wrong answers. In Reading Comprehension, Erik demonstrated how the questions ask you to do only one of two things: remember the main point, or remember whatever the author said about the topic of the question. While covering the second set of Logical Reasoning questions, and as a final plea for making predictions 100% of the time, Erik demonstrated how detailed they need to be, which is actually quite a bit less than most people think.
Erik has loved the LSAT since his first practice test. He strives to help his students develop a performance mindset and embrace the joy of reading.
LSAT Journey: 162 → 175.

Class with Erik feels like a study buddy that can come up with all the right answers.Megan N.
Erik is amazing at dumbing down the question to the point that anyone can understand. For every convoluted sentence, whether it is LR and RC, he really knows how to break it down sentence by sentence, and every few words.Mike E.
Erik's my dudeeeeee. He freakin gets this test. He's thorough & hilarious with some of the stuff he says which helps make the content stick!Abigail M.

Erik creates a very inviting and approachable tone to his classes. It makes asking any and all questions easy for me to bring forward, where I might otherwise have been intimidated to do so.Anna Y.

Great class. Erik explains things in full and understandable detail and never hesistates to help anyone in his sessions at any time.Dom D.
I really enjoy Erik’s new approach to getting us students to engage with the material. Asking us to say “stop” or “I object” to LR/RC stimuli and answers is really honing the skills that Ben, Nathan, and all of the LSAT Demon team’s members demonstrate. Not only does it help us cut down on distracting information, but it will also help us avoid traps and save time without sacrificing accuracy.Joseph K.
Erik can read/explain a topic I've never heard/cared about in my life, & I'll be able to understand & explain it perfectly tomorrow. His explanation in all areas LSAT has been thorough, and engaging & I feel more confident about the LSAT thanks to that.Patrizia M.
Erik is a phenomenal tutor! He really gets into the nitty gritty making difficult questions easy. His enthusiasm for the test is crucial while studying for the LSAT, and positive attitude always makes ZOOM classes a great time.
