Week 4, Series 2: Comparative passages
Test 78, Passage 1 — Jury nullification
Highlights
Series 2 of Reading Comprehension Foundations culminated with today’s class on Comparative passages. While the common view of these passages is that they’re a double dose of difficulty, they’re actually nothing more than an opportunity for us to showcase our active recall. Kaley showed the class that our job in comparative passages is twofold: understand each passage and understand how they relate to each other.
Kaley believes that the writers of the LSAT don't want you to know how easy it can be. By streamlining the way that you approach the questions, you'll be on your way to free law school in no time. As a science and math nerd, if Kaley can conquer tricky RC passages, you can, too.
LSAT Journey: 151 → 174
In Foundations, we’ll build good habits as we work through one passage together practicing active reading and prediction. This approach will make it easier to understand and identify the answers when you get to the questions.
