Highlights
In tonight’s Logical Reasoning segment, Nathan explained the importance of keeping our standards high as we evaluate answers. Expect answers to be wrong, and eliminate them without hesitation if they don’t answer the question. Whenever you find yourself stuck between two answers, eliminate one before reading any more.
The secret to Reading Comprehension is that there is no secret. The test writers are telling you exactly what they want you to do: read the passage, comprehend it, and answer questions that are essentially asking over and over whether you understood the passage. When in doubt, remember that more weakly stated answers are generally easier to prove. On Reading Comprehension, they’re all Must Be Trues.
I’m not yelling at you—I’m yelling at the LSAT. My goal is to show you how easy this test can be.
