Logical Reasoning
Test 110, Section 2, Q22 — Capital punishment
Highlights
To start class, we made our morning coffees and jumped into Test 110, Passage 4, a passage about the historian Amelia Vernon’s theories surrounding slave rice cultivation in the United States. We focused on the author’s Main Point and overall tone, subtly cultivating our own strong predictions to make short work of bad answer choices and always searching for reasons to eliminate them. The class decided they wanted to review the rest of the questions for the passage, so we didn’t get to the Logical Reasoning section today. Students still came away with practical and actionable advice that applies to any section on the LSAT: read to understand, make predictions, and force the answer choices to show you why they’re right.
Abhi thinks the LSAT gets more respect than it deserves. It shouldn’t take over your life, and studying with the Demon can fit into any schedule. He studied while working full time as an active duty service member and is passionate about helping busy students tackle the LSAT with confidence.
