Have you ever wondered what kind of sick, twisted weirdos take pleasure from correcting minor grammar mistakes in public comment sections? Meet the author of Test 157, Passage 2 — Grammarians, a Sacred Knight of the Prescriptivist School. Like all members of his order, he's charged with preserving language against the disruptive forces of common culture. When this author isn't starting comments with the phrase, "Well, technically..." he's hard at work trying to argue that requiring respect for Latin root words doesn't exclude the common man. After making fun of this nerd, we made quick work of two LR questions. In each, we emphasized crossover skills between sections and the common mistakes that bad habits create.
