Highlights

If you don’t engage with the passage from the start, making accurate predictions can be difficult. But if you actively piece things together as you read, you’ll spot gaps in the argument and predict more easily. In today’s class, students saw that using relatable examples as a lens to evaluate arguments (thus engaging with the argument as they went) made it easier for them to answer questions with confidence.
