How are Grandmaster, Master, and Demon tutors different?

All Demon tutors have scored a 170 or above on the LSAT and are trained in the principles developed by Ben and Nathan. Demon tutors have one year or less of experience. Master tutors have more than one year of experience and over 250 tutoring hours, while Grandmaster tutors have more than five years of experience and over 1,000 hours.

Can I work with different tutors at the same time?

Yes, you can work with multiple tutors or request a different one at any time. If you’re  looking for different perspectives or teaching styles, we’re happy to help.

Do I need a Demon plan to get tutoring?

You need a free account, but no paid subscription is required. If you’re new to the Demon, we recommend trying one month of Live before requesting a tutor.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the session. Completed sessions are nonrefundable. Unused package hours may be refunded at a prorated rate.

How do I know if tutoring is right for me?

We recommend starting with a month of the Live plan. Many of our teachers are tutors, and taking classes with multiple teachers can be highly beneficial at the beginning of your LSAT studies. After your first month, you’ll be able to decide if you need one-on-one support.

Do you offer help with personal statements?

We have a team of editors ready to assist with your application materials. They can help you develop ideas for your personal statement or polish an existing draft. You can work with an editor live or submit your statement for asynchronous review.
